Alpha Exploration Inc.

Alpha Exploration Inc. is a junior mineral exploration and development company with strategically located uranium and gold properties in North America. Alpha Exploration was incorporated in October 2013 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha Minerals Inc. In November 2013, Alpha Minerals and its major asset (a 50% joint venture interest in the Patterson Lake South project) were acquired by Fission Uranium Corp. Concurrently with closing of the Fission transaction, all of Alpha Minerals' other mineral properties, plus $3M cash, were transferred to Alpha Exploration. The Alpha Exploration management team aims to use the lessons learned at Patterson Lake South and Hathor Exploration Ltd.'s Roughrider project to build shareholder value through exploration and development.
