Sutter Gold Mining Inc.

Sutter Gold Mining Inc. is a near-term gold producer building phase one of the new Lincoln mine project in the historic California Mother Lode in Amador County. Ramp-up to full production is planned H1/13. The company controls approximately 4.5 mi of strike length in the most prolific portion of the Mother Lode. Sutter Gold's land holdings historically produced more than 3.5M of the 7.7 Moz gold produced from the 10 mi portion of the Mother Lode between the towns of Jackson and Plymouth. As the company achieves positive cash flow, it plans to expand the Lincoln mine, develop the Keystone resource and explore its extensive land holdings.
