The Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico has hired Todd Hagerman as head of investor relations. He is the former managing director of equity research at Sterne Agee, where he led the firm's research coverage of the commercial banking sector, primarily focused on U.S. multinational and regional banks. Prior to that, Hagerman was head of regional bank equity research at Credit Suisse Securities (USA), where he focused on the regional banking sector. Hagerman holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the University of Arizona and received his Master of Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
